(I can't judge value since I wasn't the paying party.) Ken was easy to work with despite a rather tortuous process. There was never a concern about his having an agenda other than what was best for his client (seller), nor about his being fair to me (buyer). The seller got most of what they wanted, but worked with me - thru Ken - to address smaller stuff. When we all shook hands at the end, it was with genuine pleasure.
We have used Ken to find us great locations and has been extremely helpful in representing us when negotiating leases. Ken knows the DC market and the specifics of other deals in the neighborhood.
