STAY FAR AWAY FROM CITY GARAGE! I had quite possibly the worst customer experience of my life at City Garage. I was visiting family in Ft. Worth, and my alternator went out over the weekend, so I brought my car in on Monday and was told I would get it back Tuesday. Tuesday rolls along, and I m told Wednesday. I haven't been by in some time but am ready for an oil change and general tune-up. Send me a coupon!
Very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. They made sure they did repairs in a way that they didn't have to charge me for anything I didn't need. Instead of an expensive diagnostic test I ended up only having to pay for an oil change because that's all I needed. They made sure I knew that some cars actually consume oil and gave me instructions on how to monitor mine.
Brake analysis well communicated, work performed in a timely fashion and done right. Very professional group of guys, friendly as well.
I'll be coming back for my regular auto needs because the guy didn't try to sell me anything or do extra work. I came in for a dead battery, I left paying for a new battery. He said my oil was dirty and needed changing but he said it as a "by the way" and not as a pressure to get it done right then and there. I was in a hurry so it meant a lot to me that he was nice, quick, and didn't try to do extra stuff at my expense.
Seth helped me and I had a oil change very helpful , he's crew really know what they're doing and knowledgeable.
