Will never go back to this place again. I had a really bad experience! I wanted a copy of my prescription for my new Optometrist to have for their records, they refused to release that VALUABLE information. I also had the office call so that they’d have that info and they declined to send it over although I authorized it to be sent. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They overcharged me for frames I NEVER WEAR and the sales lady was VERY AGGRESSIVE
City Eyes has a great staff, amazing selection of glasses. Dr. Norman Steinberg is the best optometrist ever! Go see him and you understand the reason he has a loyal and long time following of patients including me and my husband Adam.
Very kind and knowledgeable Dr. and staff! Professional and welcoming office. I would highly recommend them! Thank you City Eyes for your excellent care, all the way from the reception area to the Dr.'s chair!
Will not let me fill my contact prescription elsewhere. Lied and said it is expired even though it isn't (husband has his written and we went on the same day).
