I live with my fiancé here & they absolutely overcharge for everything. I’ve lived in NY and even I can say this. $40 for trash valet even if you don’t use it (and leaves the hall smelling HORRIBLE) and overall useless management unless they’re throwing a party for new incoming people to lease.
RecommendedI was one of the first people to move in here so it was definitely trial and error but loved it then and love it now. The garage is worth the extra penny especially during the winter. Trash valet is great. Haven't been to the roof top area yet but I really like the concept. Try to avoid an apartment by the stairs or you will hear every stomp and door closing. Management is pretty friendly.
Very flexible with having me move in and accommodating to my handicap child.

Beautiful new complex. Has great amenities, especially for dog owners. Location is also excellent, located close to the 15 and right on the 470 bus route that goes to Ogden and SLC.
3 minutes ago-Edit This review would be -100 if possible. I'm a current resident. Avoid this place at all costs. Unless you like trains, I mean really like trains, so much so that you would like to live in a train station. The building is less than 100 feet from a heavily used train line, and the big trains rumble by at all hours. Sometimes heavy freight trans rattle the whole building.
