I lived here with my girlfriend for a little over 3 years. We moved in to a brand new apartment that was not lived in before. Our experience was not the best over the years, so I wrote down a few things I wish I knew before moving in. - Very close to train tracks, so it gets very loud if you want to have windows open in the summer or even when they are closed. - Thin walls. We lived there for about 11 mo with our German Shepherd. The gals in the front office were awesome... But the apartment itself was pretty gross. Many times the elevator didn't work and would be out of service for close to 12 hrs It also stunk like urine most of the time The stairs had feces more often than they didn't The dog poop stations were always overflowing & yet management would constantly send reminders of fines if you didn't pick up after your dog The south end door was covered in dog urine & was broken for the last... read more
so we all agree they overcharge and charge for nonsense like trash. my biggest complaint is the internet. if im paying for the internet they provide it should work. about 4 times a week its just shut off completely for no reason. no restarting no refreshing. and when it does work i cant even play any game i paid for cause it lags. super frustrating considering we're in this time of quarantine.
RecommendedWe've lived here for a little over a year now. It was definitely a rough 1st couple of months, but We love it! The office staff now, is great. Simple question they dont hesitate to ask, always welcoming and great to quickly respond to any needs that we've had. the rough couple of months we had were others living in the building but the apartment its self is great! I love the included washer and dryers! I recommend anyone looking for a place to City Centre.
the staff here is amazing and helpful. the amenities are awesome, and it is very pet friendly!
