Was in Springfield last week and stopped here for lunch. I do BBQ so I generally don't seek out to eat it anywhere else. My cousin and I had the City Smokestack sandwich (if you can call it that), and x2 sides. Oh man, it wad Sooooo good and flavorful that I might've teared up a bit. 😋😍😎 I highly recommend this place. Great burnt ends and the pork belly was to die for.
Come on in, very welcoming atmosphere. Pig Bird sandwich was awesome, husband had brisket, beans and potato salad. Our first trip and we will go back!!

We cannot wait to have City Butcher at our wedding!! We have been planning our Missouri wedding long distance from Singapore and stumbled on City Butcher thanks to all the online reviews. We finally got to try the meats in person when we visited Springfield last week, and it exceeded our expectations! The meats are so tender and juicy.
