Good brisket. Not too keen on the chips or potato salad. Good sauce.

So I have to be inconvenienced just a little and wait for my order until things get back to normal. Small price to pay for the best bbq around!! Thanks for working through Covid!! We stop every time we drive through Springfield headed to the lake and waiting a few extra minutes is no big jig!!

I used to be a huge fan of City butcher. I can place an order for pick up and go at my convenience to get it. Now they are not doing that anymore. I won't be doing business with them again.

Obvs great food. However, I made a preorder the day before, only to find out on arrival there is no pre-order pickup. What in the world is the benefit to preordering? I get that this is a new world we are living in, but forcing more people to wait in line is hardly in the spirit of either the CDC recommendations or health department guidance. At least warn the people making call in orders that they should expect a wait.

One in one out? Seriously? Why should I take my time to preorder, schedule a pickup time to stand outside in line Lotta time wasted for run of the mill bbq

they wouldn't let me call an order in for pick up even tho it says on their website as an option. when I called he said "no I dont want to write up a ticket for it. just come in and order." like seriously? those of us with babies and toddlers use that feature to not have to come in and wait with them. especially during the coronavirus. it was gonna be my first time trying them but I'll continue taking my business elsewhere.

I love this place. We live in Tulsa and try to enjoy it every visit. Today they were closed and out of BBQ at 5 pm. 😢

Doing a great job keeping the economy open while keeping public health in mind. City Butcher has made the lobby small to only accommodate walk up or pick up. Has really worked on the needs of that business model. It is everyone's choice who to support with their patronage, but this social responsibility makes me even more loyal.
