One of the best spots in Springfield overall, Incredible BBQ... know why?... they did their homework! Spending time with backwoods Texas iconic brand titans ended up a big win for the SGF area. It's amazing... all good, my favorite: 1/3# burnt ends, 1/2 hot link, and some potato salad, plus the free pickle bar. If it's "in season" the brisket chili is excellent. Couldn't be happier for their success, nothing like it, unless you feel like driving around 600 miles to Franklin BBQ in Austin...
The best BBQ in Springfield! I ate here for the first time today and ordered The Sweaty Texan and jalapeño corn. Huge sandwich, huge side! People were coming inside in droves and even people waiting to get in before they opened. Friendly counter service, super clean and even a pickle bar with pickles, onions, jalapeños and 3 kinds of sauce. You are missing out if you don’t try it ❤️
