I emailed the first time and the owner said he was out of town but would get back to me. When he didn't, I emailed a second time, but never heard back. Heck of a way to run a business.
We had a large Hunter Douglas accordion blind (top down, bottom up) that stopped staying up. After calling the blind company that installed it 6 years ago, we realized they only wanted to sell us another $800 blind. We reached out to other blind dealers and got one quick reply from The Shade Shop, and Stacey quickly referred us to Mr. Larry Thomas at City Blind Repairs. Larry was able to fix our blind swiftly and at a surprisingly low cost. The blind is now back in place, working wonderfully, as good as new. Thanks Larry!

He said the fix was so easy, he wouldn't charge me. So I made him take some money. What a nice honest guy. I had quotes from other stores for $75. He even came by and picked up the blinds. You dont see service like that anymore.
