Hi Stacey- We would never single out any group and actually have a very strong presence of vegan choices on our menu. We have always supported vegans and we do apologize if this line on our marker board indicated otherwise or offended anyone.
As a few have stated previously already. The sign depicting "our cows are vegan so you don't have to be" is nothing short of a direct insensitive and ignorant stab at vegans. No apologies or backtracking will earn my business. The fact that you guys have to say blah blah blah trying to justify eating those burgers is just wrong. I've already read about your ohhh our cows are treated soooo well and humanely. Please humor me on how they are slaughtered. Tell me humane that part is.
Pretty disgusting and poor excuse of a business.
Why don't you do some delicious choices for vegans instead? Move with the times! More and more of your potential customers will be vegan, see the signs!

Hi Tim! I am so sorry for the line on the sign. Our vegan customers and vegan options are extremely important to us. We actually make those options in house or source them locally, and they comprise a big part of what we do. We would never intentionally hurt anyone's feelings and we in no way were trying make fun of this giant part of what we do, and what we have always done.
