Dr. Nelson and his staff are always professional, personable and do great dental work. They want to make sure you are 100% satisfied and are excellent at customer service. I highly recommend this practice.
As always, An amazing experience. On Friday, a temporary cap fell out and I came in first thing Monday morning, unannounced. Dr. John Nelson went straight to work of reattaching and did a fantastic job. We then discussed my optons for a permanent crown. He took the time to explain each one of my options and did not rush me until all my questions were answered. Dr. Nelson took my call late on a Friday night and changed his plans to see me the next day. I had a serious dental problem, and Dr. Nelson kept me comfortable, informed, and provided me with excellent care. Great experience! Friendly, helpful, and competent staff!
