From the time you walk into Dr Nelson's office and are greeted by the always smiling Kayliegh, you are in a professional, caring atmosphere. The highest compliment I can pay Dr Nelson, is I trust him--- when he suggests a proceedure it is because I need it. His incredibly beautiful assistant Judy is always competent and smiling.
