I have to give credit where it's due- I've had 2 successful tooth extractions and have always enjoyed my interactions with the nurses. No issues there. Recently, I went there for wisdom teeth surgery. No complications the day of operation, it was the first time I had IV sedation and the nurses were very helpful. HOWEVER, my complaint comes from the post-op aftercare. Pain has been fine for me, but I am now dealing with nerve damage from the surgery. I got all four wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Alero Boyo and the experience was incredible. I had one wisdom tooth bothering me and they got me in to get all four out within two months. In addition I was having some severe anxiety when it was time and the nurses were incredibly kind and supportive. Only downside is we were in the waiting room for over an hour which I completely understand. It just felt like so long since I had not eaten the night before.

Was referred here for my appointment for a tooth extraction. Booked in at end of month. Called them back due to severe pain in tooth was told there was nothing they could do till my appointment , to go to my dentist or the hospital. My other dentist is (3hours away from where I work) hospital is not an option to sit and wait all day for something they can check in 10 minutes and prescribe me either antibiotics if infected or antiinflammatories... I had a hefty dental surgery yesterday with Marco being my Dental Surgeon. I just want to say that it was a very pleasant procedure from start to finish and the day after I am healing well and feel well. The nurses and hygienist that assisted were great. Everyone answered any questions and any concerns. I don’t know why I was so worried as the discomfort is very minimal (I expect it to be worse day 3-5) but not to what I had thought in my head.
