My last visit was my final straw. I told them I was getting married the next day so they asked me to show them some examples of what I would like done to my nails. After having to show them about three examples none could be done and I ended up with a French manicure and some rhinestones. My pedicure had to be touched up by someone else because she noticed the first person did a messy job painting. A new person waxed my eyebrows which were not arched. Can never go into this place and have my nails done without an issue, I waited around today for about 2 hours because I was told the person who normally does my nails would be in and yet I am still sitting and waiting I will not be back to this place!

The best nails ever.I go there every other week for over two years and my nails are always done perfect.I do not understand some people who think of how they will complain'll get the servis for free, absolutely no one there would be rude, all the staff are very nice and polite, even when the client is rude show calmness the courtesy and respect.
