Intro to Aerial Yoga with Cara. The class was well done, proper instructions & great demonstration. She assisted when needed & provides options. It was nice to see not only what was possible in this practice, but what could be possible today. Guided mediation was the perfect end to a great class! I will be back!
Such an amazing yoga studio, the instructors are so helpful!!!
This was our first time going to this class and it was fabulous ,we will definitely be returning the instructor was patient with me and even assisted with some movements that I could not do on my own. The atmosphere is calming and very tranquil. This is a must try for sure.
By far my fave studio in town! Wonderful committed teachers, super reasonable & plenty of parking!
My sister and I went for our first time, this past weekend!! Our instructor was so great & we really enjoyed the Aerial Yoga!! We will be back again soon.
Aerial yoga was so much fun! The instructor was awesome! Will definitely go back and plan to bring friends when they come to town!!! �
