I love this studio! So fun & great instructors! I visit every time I am in town!
I participated in an introduction to AcroYoga workshop today and it was amazingly challenging but fun as I had never done this before! The studio is very clean and well kept and the owners and everyone I met were so cool and helpful. I would go to their weekly yoga classes if I did not live over an hour away. If they have another Sunday acro yoga workshop, I will definitely put it on my calendar .:-)

This studio is amazing! Not only is it great yoga instruction but I was clearly impressed that I had only been once and when I went in again (weeks later) the instructor remembered my name. That's not only professional but also makes me feel welcome and very comfortable. Can't wait to make this my regular studio.
Best aerial yoga class ever. And I've tried a few in a few states!
