Aerial yoga, my favorite by far so freeing. My back loved it.
Aerial classes are soo much fun and I look forward to attending warm/hot classes soon. Instructors are personable and professional. Glad I discovered this studio a few months ago. :)
Love the five dollar hot yoga. I'm a teacher and I can't afford my gym and a 15.00 to 18.00 yoga class. It's given me the opportunity to find yoga and really enjoy it. The studio is clean, simple and the teachers are great. Thanks. Love this place �✌�️�

I love flying! What an amazing first time experience in the setting I love - The Ringling Art Museum.
The instructors are friendly and patient. The classes are relaxing, fun, and just the right amount of challenge for me.
I had a nice experience yesterday with Lexi she is great ...I definitely be back..
