Absolutely welcoming Yoga Studio where you can practice a variety of Yoga disciplines. From Vinyasa flow to Aerial, and also Yin Yoga, Restorative and Thai. I cannot be happier. Recommended whether you are a local, seasonal or even if you are in Sarasota for a weekend. You can also stream their classes on your digital device.
