All moved in and the staff is very quick to answer questions and follow up with maintenance requests. It's going to be a great home!
I am in LOVE with this place!!! They are still building more apartments, so they have UNBELIEVABLE specials to fill up the place. It's so close to downtown, directly across the street from BBVA Compass Stadium. Everything is new and beautiful, you'd be the first one in your apartment!!!!! I had to take pictures while visiting. There is a huge pool area with 3 different pools, I think one is a jacuzzi pool! You even get your own free parking garage!!! Courtney in the office is the one to talk to! PROS: Brand new building, Chelsea in the leasing office, amenities are nice (when they work) CONS: super expensive, management, trashy people, very loud dumpster truck comes every night between 2-4 am. We were so excited when we first moved into the circuit. All of the nice brand new amenities, beautiful interiors, balcony in the apartments (which are hard to find in Houston), and the great location! Most of all was the office staff! They were amazing! Circuit is a beautiful property, and it's affordable for all of the amenities that they offer and the spacious floor plans. Ask for Dom and he'll hook you up! Very nice staff!
