This community has an exceptional management and maintenance staff. The tenant parking garage is secure, the fitness gym has all the must have state of the art equipment (smells like a new gym everyday); and the clubhouse, pool, and sky deck are great for entertaining guests. We've been here about a month. I can't get over how personable the staff is and the attention to maintenance.
Great location and amenities. Everything is a short walk or trolley ride away. Units have high-end finishes and the complex has a gym with new equipment, a great pool area, and a rooftop deck that you will not find anywhere else in the area. They have monthly community events. The best part of living here is the staff though: they’re always looking to make sure the residents are taken care of. Definitely recommend.
Circuit is amazing! The staff is amazing and very attentive. I love the convenience and the close proximity to bars and restaurants!
We hardly go a day without being bothered by some sort of maintenance going on (testing fire alarms, pressure washing bricks, AC not working, water heater leaking). Aside from maintenence, many of the residence smoke, and leave trash everywhere. Definitely moving far away when our lease is up!
Signed my lease here about a week ago and it was by far the greatest customer service I have had as far as touring, seeing all the options that works for me and just all around nice staff! Excited to live here!
