Living at circuit has been amazing! I’m glad as my first time moving into the city my experience has been phenomenal and professional. The staff is so nice! I love how organized and polished they keep the facility clean, safe for all residents and address any issues quickly. I also enjoy the social gatherings they hold for residents and make you feel like family. I highly recommend anyone to live here you will not be disappointed.

It’s very sad, our experience has been horrible here. Everything has been a big issue here!!! Two weeks after we moved in, our truck got stollen from the fourth floor inside the gated garage with cámaras that the office has no idea how to use. Later on, roaches, ants, broken oven, broken ice maker, and of course broken A/C on July, plus water leaking on the master bedroom ceiling. The maintenance people have been very nice and try to fix things, but still, everything breaks down here. The old manager told us that it is our f... read more
Circuit is a great place , located in a great part of Houston ,everything really nice , great pool area , the office staff are great very professional ! I worked with Andrea she’s awesome! Even check to make sure everything was good after the move in ! I love it !

Absolutely love living here! The location is phenomenal and within walking distance of all of the up-and-coming bars in the East Downtown district, as well as a short drive to downtown. Andrea, Desiree, and Katherine keep the front office entertaining and always a welcome place to come home to. If you are a Dynamo or Astros fan, there's very few reasons not to live here.
