Actually meet the obligations they themselves set. I had scheduled a 1 hour appointment. Upon arrival I was informed I could not get the time scheduled. What would happen if I didn't show for my appointment when it was supposed to be? The situation was only made worse when they acknowledged they knew it was an error even before I arrived, but didn't have the compassion to call and let me know. Popped in as a first timer/walk-in, was so beyond pleased with the office & the ladies there! The lovely lady who did my 30 min session was amazing! The energies were wonderful & I will most certainly be going there regularly �
Recommendedthat they give great massages, and that everyone is so nice and professional.
The owner gave me an argument over the birthday $10.00 card. I didn't use it from 2017 because I could not get in before the end of the year. They allowed it to carry over without issues. Called today to make an appointment and to see if there could be some help with the cost. I talked to the owner and she refused to listen to me and said she needs full payment to keep the place open.
