I had 2 appointments scheduled. My GPS couldn’t find there new location. I called 6 times they never answered the phone by the time they called me they had never listened to my message 20 minutes later. I was driving up and down Windsor. Just showed up at 4:41 the eve of Mothers Day to buy a gift card for mom. They were closed and wouldn’t accommodate despite the fact that they are listed, on the door and otherwise, that they are open till 5pm. Seriously do better.
I have severe Asthma and they have a Cat and a Dog in the Clinic. You would think as a Chiropractor clinic and an Acupuncture and medical massages clinic they would know people with severe Asthma would be coming in for treatment. They only have the dog on Wednesday but it doesn’t matter the days a dog is not at a place. People think because a dog is not there it’s fine but the dander is still there.
