Thank you to Chef Bill and all the staff at Circa 1800 for the delicious Warhol inspired tasting menu! Your creativity really showed in the food. Everything was fresh. I loved that it was locally sourced. The drinks were amazing. The service was impeccable! The pepper waffle with chili fried chicken, cilantro parsley salad and avocado crema was a delight to my tastebuds and the Triple Elvis was one of the best Caesar salads I've ever had. It was a fun twist on a traditional salad. Thank you so much!
Absolutely phenomenal restaurant. I’ve never had a single thing at Circa that I didn’t love. The chef is a true artist in the kitchen. I recently attended a tasting there and got to experience a truly creative menu with a refreshing atmosphere. I’m so impressed and always bring everyone who comes to town to this place!
