Cipriano the Finest! Oh my gosh! When I read the bad review of Cipriano Real Estate I could not believe it. Ann Kwitchoff is who I want to be.....When I was looking for my first home in the Tonawandas 20 yrs. ago,I called Cipriano because of their longevity in the community. I met Mrs. K. and found her extremely knowledgable and very R.E. savvy. RUN AWAY QUICKLY Had a very bad experience with Cipriano Realtor.She,s very hard to get a hold of and the people that worked with her while she was gone was very rude and very short with me on the telephone.My suggestion to anyone buying or sell a home,get someone else. When see the sign Cipriano Realtor RUN AWAY QUICKLY and go to a different Realtor.

Very Unhappy with "agent" As the other reviewer has said Cipriano Real Estate is nothing but problems, they were the listing agent for the seller and towards the very end of the transaction they acted like little children. After the final walk through (10:00 am) they made my agent give the keys to my lawyer so the lawyer could give me the keys at closing (3:30 pm). Must have been so they didn't forget the keys like the other person. I would never purchase another house from cipriano nor complete any transaction with them.
