Called them over 2 weeks ago regarding if something was covered under my warranty. Have yet to receive a call back. Wouldn’t recommend them or any Hyundai vehicle for that matter. Had all 4 of my fuel injectors replaced a year after buying the vehicle. Supposedly that’s a common problem with their vehicles. Do not buy Hyundais. Go with a Honda, Toyota or Subaru. Only reliable vehicles on the market anymore.
Fantastic experience finding my dream car Palisade Calligraphy. Carlos Rey is the best salesperson. He explained and showed us every model we were interested in with an outstanding knowledge base. We did not feel any pressure to come to a decision that was best for us. He also followed up with fast responses via emails and calls. I bought my palisade, brand new, in 2022. I put a significant amount of money down. I wanted to buy the whole thing flat out, and not have any car payments. I was told that I couldn't because their lenders had to make some type of money off the sale, and I had to finance the rest of the money. Which was about $20,000, I believe . Whatever I did it.
