Evan Packer was a professional and honest salesman. This was my first Hyundai and first lease. I left feeling like I got a great deal. I had done my research and knew what price would be acceptable. Buying on the last day of the month and having a competing offer from another dealership helped.
Had a problem with my tire yesterday, seems I had a bolt in the rear tire. It was holding air but leaking as my dash light was warning me. I called Ciocca service about it, it was covered under my wheel and tire coverage. Quakertown is quite a drive for me and I expressed concern about driving it that far with a leaking tire. We bought a 2006 ML350 from their certified used lot on 5/19/2020 which we financed 4532.17$ (the total price was 7995.00$). There were a few dashboard warning lights popping up and when we had asked about them, they claimed it was “probably only a sensor that needed to be reset”. NOPE. As of 8/13/2020 we have spent 3687.72$ on repairs!!! It needed a new manifold, air filters, spark plugs, and both batteries (one which wasn’t even the right size! Got a kelley blue book cash sale quote for my 93 year old fathers car that we were selling. The cash price is based off of the Vin # and history so it is obviously an accurate valuation. The quote from Kelley of $5600 was the cash sale to a dealer price. Then several dealers reached out stating the used car market is booming and they may be able to offer more. I tried to make a service appointment today . Bluelink was unable to help, I call your dealership and was advised I had to call back because the rep was at lunch . Why should it be so difficult to make an appointment ! Now I have to find another dealer to service the vehicle I bought from your company
I got a 2019 Hyundai sonata from here the sales man were amazing!!! the service is amazing also I had a problem with my oil pan leaking this week. I drove a hour and half and louis took great care of me! I'll drive a hour and half any day for this place to fix my car rather then drive 5 mins to dickson city Hyundai who cant fix anything right!

My Dad has had issues with vehicle he purchased here. He went to speak to them about it and the Very unprofessional employee was rude and not helpful. The employee also admits that my dad will likely have more problems with the truck that was sold to him. Don’t buy from this place!

The vehicle was purchased back in February, and we are always very upfront and transparent about our as is vehicles. He has had the vehicle for several months and if it was sold as is we are unable to assist him. I am not sure if there was a misunderstanding regarding the vehicle. So we just drove 3.5 hrs from WV had an appointment at 2pm to see a 2017 jeep wrangler. So when we arrived they told us they sold it at 2:11pm. What dealership does something like that to potential buyers? This dealership doesn’t care about people period!
