I had a great experience with Carlos! He is very knowledgeable & I will be a returning customer!! Every one I came in contact with at the dealership was so friendly & helpful.
My rating is based on the last three years of Ioniq 5 ownership. Although the service manager and service tech are very polite, I have diagnosed issues better than they have. Many of the Ioniq 5 issues are described on website forums. I suggest that Ciocca Hyundai read these forums. I'm optimistic that my rating will improve if Ciocca responds to my request to discuss their customer service.
I had an amazing experience at this Hyundai dealership from start to finish. Evan Packer was an outstanding salesman professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free and worked hard to get me a great deal. Danny, the manager, was just as impressive. I decided to change my life around a bit and trade in my ram truck and get a Hyundai palisade. I did this mostly because my 13yr old daughter was in love with the palisade and I wanted to bring some joy to both of us. This was a used vehicle and did not make the 10 year 100k Hyundai warranty.
