Customer service is an absolute 10, everyone is very nice and polite. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. I had your basic oil change, tire rotation and a few other things for my 60 thousand miles, thought I would be there for a few hours but they were very thorough, I actually watched the mechanic work on my car. He was a great guy, met him outside while he test drove my car and parked it. Had a HUGE SMILE on his face. I would recommend Ciocca to EVERYONE!!!!! GREAT FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE!!!!!
