The team here really took care of us! We say a Flex online early Saturday morning, sent an email to them and within an hour received a personal video from Sherah! We were going to be passing by the dealership to go to a wedding and decided to swing in to see the Flex. We were handed over to Larry - Mr. Retail - Kot. He is a pleasure to work with!! Had a bad customer service on a repair and gave an honest review. Had a blown motor a week later as a result of that repair. I gave them a second chance to win back my service with fixing the second repair. Once they found out I gave them a bad review it was even worse customer service. Terrible experience will never go back.
