What can I say! Walked in there Wednesday, not knowing you need a appointment. The young lady greeted me, I told her the truck that I wanted to see. She replied, no problem, and directed me over to my salesman. So I met LARRY!!! He showed me what I was looking for, and low and behold I am now driving the truck that I wanted! Just bought my first car from here. Larry was great! Very helpful and thorough! Highly recommend. Emily was also very helpful with figuring out a vehicle and appointment before even coming in.
Took two days to replace a battery. Only went here because I had bought my truck from them, which was also half a nightmare. I signed papers and then they called and told me they messed up and that my monthly rate would go up. I said f@@@ no, I signed what i signed, its your problem. Only thing i heard after that was a “check up” about how my new vehicle was which I was called by the wrong name HAHA. This was my last time trying Ciocca.
