Ordered a 4 pack and it was really dry and old. Skimped out on the icing :( Really disappointing
I purchased a 4 pack large at 12:30 today. 1:10 I cut one in half and I’ve never been more disappointed. There is no way that this hard, dried out thing was baked today !! I don’t own a microwave so I can’t even make it seem fresh. I’m so done with Cinnabon and I’ve loved it since I first tasted it over 20 years ago. I’m so angry as it’s a half hour drive so I’m not able to go back. What an absolute waste of $25.60

I should have read the reviews before coming here because everyone was right. If you want to experience rude customer service then this is the place to go. The girl who took my order was giving me attitude when I asked about the promotion that was going on for their 40 year anniversary and had no patience. It felt like she just wanted me to leave ASAP so that she didn’t have to serve any customers. If you think that emailing their customer service will help, they just send you a message saying they’ll forward the information... read more
