The inside of the cinnamon roll was not baked at all.
Quality is all over the place. If you're lucky, it tastes great. But most of the time it's either too dry and old or too sweet. For $7.5 per roll, at least keep it consistent.
A manager named Ellis (not sure if that is accurate because he was speaking so fast) lacks basic customer service required to run a Cinnabon. I called inquiring about Cinnabon giving away $1.25 classic rolls on their 40th anniversary (August 22) and he was very rude "WE DON'T DO IT" - yuck, absoloutely disgusing to talk to customers like that. "Our location is not taking place in this promotion" was a better response. He obviously needs training.
