I really appreciate Dr. Cindy Sheppard’s cheerful attitude, speedy service, willingness to listen and adjust as necessary, and for keeping patient comfort/pain management at the forefront of the dental care process. She even called me after hours just to check on my progress! I was pretty floored by that; never before has a dentist followed up with me after hours (to my recollection). Impressive customer service.
Sheppard Family Dental was very professional and friendly. Scott and his staff did a great job, and we look forward to returning!

My daughter had a procedure done I was so impressed with how well Dr Sheppard and his staff took care of her and how amazing they both were with kids! They took the time to explain everything at her level so it wouldn't be a scary experience for a 6 year old! They went above and beyond my expectations!
