RecommendedWe love them. I had been to two very judgmental dentists in the area before Dr. Cindy was suggested to me. I was so terrified but knew I had to go. She could not have been more understanding and kind. Not just her but everyone in the office I interacted with made me feel welcome & taken care of.

Absolutely the Best! The whole team at their family office is the best dental service I have ever experienced. I felt so happy I had to give her a hug at the end of a painful experience following another dentist in the area that they quickly and fixed! They are attentive, understanding, and really want to help you understand everything that is going on. 100% recommend.
I love coming here!! They are so caring and comforting. I forgot the female dentist name but she was absolutely fantastic!! So was the dental assistant she was still learning but she was awesome too!! Thank you guys!!

While getting a filling, Dr. Ernie Sheppard dropped chemical (tooth desensitizer) into my eye. This caused me to be in pain and discomfort for days afterwards. I was advised by my eye doctor to go to the emergency room to check for chemical burns and scaring. I understand accidents happen, but Dr. Sheppard nor the office staff did anything to try and rectify the situation. I was crying and in pain and frankly traumatized when I left the office, and all they offered was a “sorry”. My family and I will never return to this off... read more
I had a filling replaced by Dr. Sheppard today. It was such a better experience than I ever had before. I was comfortable the entire time and I didn't have that strange tingling sensation as the numbing wore off. I just realized after an hour or so my mouth wasn't numb any more. Dr. Sheppard really cares about his patients. He even called this evening to see how I was doing after the procedure.
The absolute best experience I've ever had at a dentist's office. The front staff is amazing. To say I'm "anxious" when going to the dentist is an understatement. Dr. C. Sheppard went above and beyond my expectations. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and compassionate. Her assistant, Dottie, was excellent, as well. I have definitely found my permanent dentist. Thank you all!!!
