I just left and refused service after they took the dead skin shaving and put it right back into the water my feet were soaking in. NY state requires the disposal of the skin to be done in a sanitary way not putting it BACK INTO THE WATER THE FOOT IS SOAKING IN. When I asked to not do that the one younger lady started to come at ME AS IF I WERE AN INCONVENIENCE FOR NOT WANTING NY FOOT SOAKED IN BACTERIA WATER.. Cindy is the best!
I had a wonderful time at this nail salon - honestly I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews. The two techs were able to fit me in on a busy Friday at noon, got me out within the hour and did an excellent job. The techs are quiet and efficient! Great first time experience for me getting a full set of fake nails with gel and 3 colors for $60.
Definitely a great spot to go to!! The hot stones feel great and the hot towels are welL VERY HOT but felt great!!!!
Asked to have tips added and were blatantly crooked. When I asked them to fix it, they gaslit me by saying it’s because my nails were too short. I have had tips added on my nails before and they have never tilted like this. Used a gift certificate so luckily did not waste my own money on this one
