It saddens me to give Dr. Silva a dreadful review after being her patient for over ten years. The reason for my review is serious enough that I am sending a copy to St. Luke's as well. I am dropping Dr. Silva as my doctor as she has made some serious errors in my care, the most serious being something I discovered this morning. This morning I did some research after hearing murmuring about gabapentin, a medication that you have prescribed for me for years and recently increased in dosage to 1500 mg.
