Cinderella's Gave me My Dream Dress – Scott at Cinderella's helped ensure that I would be nothing but completely in love with my wedding dress! They were so understanding when I realized that my original Nicole Miller dress wasn't my "dream" dress. Their patience as my mother and I looked for my perfect alternative was extraordinary. The dream dress I ended up purchasing was one of Scott's own designs. The dress was gorgeous, sophisticated and classic. It was everything I wanted and more! Thanks again! - Dana
Great shop! – When we visited Cinderella's in Sept, we were not rushed and had extremely attentive service. The staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. Although the selection is somewhat limited, all the dresses were exquisite and we found THE DRESS. Scott made this experience so much fun. We laughed and ultimately cried when my daughter tried on the dress. Everyone should have such a positive experience associated with this wonderful event.
worst service! – very snotty! I walked in with no appointment and they barely helped me. They asked me right off the bat about my budget, as if I could not afford dresses in there store. I walked out in disgust.
Worst customer service – A few friends and I stopped in to check out their bridesmaid selection and were received with rude staff...not friendly or welcoming. They had a small and somewhat poor dress selection, lots of sparkle and cut out styles. I can't understand why they think that having aloof attitude will sell more dresses...
avoid this place- they are dishonest – I bought a dress from this place and the sales people were very pushy. Most of all they were dishonest. They told me that they sold me a brand new dress when in fact it was not! I left the dress there for a week and then went to pick it up so that I could bring it to another shop to have some alterations.
