Seamstresses phone number – This happened to me ! I bought a dress the they had in the store and paid in full. The seamstress has my dress but I lost her business card. If anyone has her number can they please post it!!!
THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS AND TOOK EVERYONE'S MONEY – Looks like Cinderella's is out of business. Looks like the Gray's took everyone's money and ran with it. Private label gowns – Has anyone purchaded a PRIVATE LABEL GOWN from Scott at Cinderellas and had either good/bad luck???
FULL OF LIES – I had a HORRIBLE experience here! I went to Cinderella's in April of 2011 and fell in love with a Liz Fields dress. I fully trusted Scott as he seemed to be the sweetest person and made me feel like a princess, we ended up ordering the dress through him and paid a depoist that same day. Scott assured me that it would be in sept. or oct. which I was extremely happy about seeing as my wedding was not until may 2012 so I knew I would have plenty of time for alterations! Very Happy! :) – I went to Cinderella's with no direction as to what I wanted for my bridal gown. I was greeted by Scott and his mother, Judy. Scott was very energetic and fun, offering myself, my mother and my 4 bridesmaids champagne and coffee. Judy was very soothing and honest as well, and neither one of them had a "pushy salesman" persona at all. Wouldnt recommend – I found this store to be highly unorganized. I went an ordered my dress while I was pregnant, so I only had my bust measurement to go by. I went to get fitted after the dresses came in and they had me try on another bridesmaid dress that belonged to another bridesmaid in the wedding party, so the dress needed alot of alterations. They didnt have my name or phone number or anything, and tried to tell the mother of the bride that I had never came in to get fitted for the dress. Needless to say my dress was ... read more
Stay Away – The left hand don't know what the right had is doing. They will tell you anything to get a sale. Was told it would cost no more than $45 for alterations. To hem the dress, cost-80.00. Was told they would mail the dress out-of-state, now they can't. Was told they would provide a box to mail the dress. NO, maybe if they have one. After the mix up, they said, to save you a trip, we will mail the dress. Called the next day, NO, come get it we don't mail dresses. Mixed up dresses. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! – I came across Cinderella's Bridal Salon when I was looking for a particular wedding dress. I called the store and spoke with Scott, the owner. I described the dress that I had my heart set on and he knew exactly what I was talking about. Although he didn't carry the exact dress, he assured me that he had a very similar dress in the store for a similar price. Poor Customer Service – This salon has the worst customer service! I bought all 5 of my bridesmaid's dresses here. One of my bridesmaids found out she was pregnant so she called the salon right away to tell them she needed a bigger dress. They said she couldn't order a new one (it was too late) but not to worry it happens all the time and they could let it out no problem. Well, it turned out to be a BIG problem.
