After waiting an entire hour (which is MORE than reasonable) I’m extremely disappointed to share, my scheduled cleaning crew was a no-show. No call, no email, nothing. This is highly unprofessional. Additionally, I canceled with another service after this one was confirmed. I will not be rebooking with this service again.
Rather don’t offer a service if you can’t deliver. Cleaning cancelled via email AFTER it was scheduled to start as there are “no teams on Saturdays”. Unreliable, pathetic service. Gave them 2 chances, both awful experiences.
Who forget's to empty the kitchen trash?..... And this was not the first the time. All I got was an apology....... Taking my business elsewhere.
Randy and Jessica were great! Friendly and professional. Somehow managed to be speedy while doing an excellent job. Asked me if there was anything special that needed attention and afterwards they did a run through with me of what they had done. I will definitely use this service again. Also I love the online experience. Makes it much easier for me than waiting for a phone call. All communication was very prompt. Have no complaints, just glad I found them.
