This is mostly a case of the business trying to perform work they admitted they would not be able to perform. I requested a quote to remove clogs from my gutters which have helmet guards. I made sure to ask if they could do this and they quoted me. I believe this is when the company should have backed off and said they were not qualified. Instead they accepted the job and sent out their tech, while I was away from home. Since he got her boys came and cleaned the gutters on my building. They did not flush the gutters because I didn’t have a hose available. So they charge me $100 to scoop out the gutters clean. Then they send a contractor out to bid on putting gutter apron in. The price was too high so I did not approve it. They completed the job without my approval and sent me a bill. Gutter Boys has been doing my gutter cleaning for years and they always do a great job. They always call me twice a year and remind me that I need to get it done. I have 200 trees on my property so I depend on them to keep my gutters and downspouts running clear and they do a great job!
Hired the Gutter Boys to clean our siding and deck August 18th. The worker did an excellent job cleaning the house. Very happy with the results and the professionalism of the man who did the work.
