We have had billing problems with Cincy Gutter Boys twice this past year. There appears to be a recurring pattern with their accounts receivable department not cashing checks in a timely manner that have been sent by mail. We have sent our payments to their ***************** address on two different occasions within a week after they provided gutter cleaning for us only to receive numerous emails afterwards stating that we have not paid. this company gives you no notice of coming to your house or anything they just come and then send you a bill! even have them on video climbing up the ladder and 2 minutes later they're coming down off the ladder! Very disappointed in the dishonesty of Cincy Gutter Boys regarding gutter cleaning they performed June 30. Water poured over the front of the gutter during a storm days after the gutters were reportedly cleaned and declared clear of all debris and obstructions. They came back July 14 and again said there were no obstructions causing gutter to overflow. The configuration of the gutters was discussed when service was originally requested. Assurances were provided that this was not a problem and the vendor deals with them all the time. Photo documentation exists for what was removed by the second service provider removing the debris blocking the gutter and downspout system. I purchased gutters from Cincy gutter bags two years ago. I should have known what to expect when they offered an insane gutter insurance. (why do I need to insure my gutters?) After install they claim gutters are only guaranteed to work if you purchase continued cleaning services (a few hundred dollars a year minimum). The gutters they installed are already falling off the fascia board, allowing leaks behind the gutters and under the shingles. *** had to hire a ********* to correct install mistakes. two years after install.... read more

In October 2024, I trusted Cincy Gutter Boys to install new gutters on my home for $1,900. I paid a $500 deposit and agreed to make monthly payments. Cincy Gutter Boys literally made it possible for us to buy our home. We were looking at a 120+ year old house that needed to have box gutters replaced. Cincy Gutter Boys are the only ones who worked with us to come look at the gutters while we were seeing the home, before we closed on it. Other companies gave ballpark estimates without getting on the roof. They didn't seem knowledgeable about box gutters or eager to work on them. We had Cincy Gutter Boys out to assess out box gutters, and they did some patching and sealed them in March 2022. In July they came to do a regular gutter cleaning, and told us the box gutters were pulling away from our roofline. Another technician came out and said they now needed to be completely replaced, to an estimate of $56,000. We asked for less expensive alternatives, and why this wasnt caught when the gutters were patched and sealed, as they are the only people who have been on our roof and working on the gutters.
