I've banked at Cincinnati Federal since 1957. Wouldn't bank anywhere else. The people there are all knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I was waited on today by Kelly, I always enjoy my visits there. Especially since they have the drive thru, so convenient. If I have reason to call the phone is answered by a person not, press this button, press that button.
I love this bank! Kelly is an absolute doll, she is always so polite and makes going to the bank quick and painless! I love that Cincinnati Federal gets to know their customers on a personal level. Kelly always asks about life outside of a savings account! Kelly is honestly one of the main reasons I choose this bank!
