I have my mortgage with Cincinnati Federal because of the recommendation from Susan Rhoney.
Got notified that fraudulent charges were attempted on my husbands card. Immediately got a text about the charges. We got the card closed immediately and the thieves still tried charging. Kelly diligently searched for pending charges for me to keep an eye out for and directed me to the disputed charges office. Love my girls at the Price Hill branch for always watching out for me. Straight up ace’s!!! Kelly, Susan, Alicia, Carla and Tracy!!!

Cincinnati federal has been by far the best bank I've had! The employees always make me feel like a friend and they love on my kids so much! They love the suckers in the drive thru and Carla who usually takes care of us at the price hill location never lets me forget them! While other banks are making me feel like our family is just a number for them to make money from, Cincinnati federal is making us feel like family!
Cincinnati federal has been our bank for years. Carla and Kelly and all the staff at the price hill location are always nice and friendly. Keep up the good work ladies!
