Susan and the rest of the staff at Cincinnati Federal are like family. Banking at the Anderson Township location on Nagel Rd is a one of a kind experience. They take the time to really know not just me but my husband and kids as well. Susan and Sue even attended my sister in law's funeral (who also banked there.) I had someone steal my debit card a couple of weeks ago. As soon as I found out I called the bank. Susan Rhoney was such a big help in assisting me and helping me get everything straightened out. Thanks for all the help!
