I had a horrible experience trying to get a home loan from Cincinnati Federal! It seemed easy and professional at first but I ended up getting wrong information on more than one occasion. This was my first time looking to buy a home and I even had a pre approval letter sent by them to my Realtor. So I signed the contract for the home and was told 5 days later that they were sorry but could not fund my loan. It was a nightmare for me from January to April and I would never recommend anyone to deal with them!
