I love the friendliness of the employees! I love that the bank is big enough to get stuff done, but small enough to be a familiar face to the employees. If there has ever been an issue with fraud on my card, I have been called immediately and had a new card within a day or 2. The best part...no more overdraft fees if you have it linked to another account!

And Regina Bohart was the first person who i ran into and was very sweet and kind. She got me banking through cincinnati federal and i wouldn't change a think about.
