I have dealt with a lot of banking and Cincinnati Federal savings and loan is by far the best Bank in Ohio ! Carla and Kelly and the girls at the price hill bank is so awesome no matter what any problems they always greet you with smiles and help you any way they can ,They are truly what customer service is all about some companies should take lessons from all these ladies at PH branch it would be a nicer world !

Faye, Sue, Susan and all the girls are the best. Been a customer there for years and years. Seen lots of people and managers come and go. New is always just as good as the old. Very friendly staff.
I came to know of Cincinnati Federal through one of my friend. To my utter surprise, the kind of service they are providing is absolutely awesome. Specifically would like to mention Asstt Branch Manager "Alicia Mitchell" who was very proactive in opening the account and providing help with navigating the features of the account. It was very easy as everything was done through Laptop and I need not even visit the branch. Their service is really great.
