EHP could improve by making it more user friendly for parents who have children with ADHD. Also, they could talk to Barb in the office and train her on good customer service instead of being rude to parents. Also just to note, if you decide to transfer to a new office know that they will charge you, not only for the records but for the postage as well!

Billing is extremely unorganized. Got charged with all kinds of services that weren't even provided to my new born at the hospital. Ended up paying just to get rid of the hustle of phone calls and bad customer service and they ended up sending me more bills. 4 Months after delivery today and I just received another bill!
