We arrived for my 12 year old to have her tonsils and adenoids removed the wait time to go back was not bad at all it was actually faster than I expected the procedure was very quick dr. Greenwald was excellent and her recovery time was shorter than I would like to have been in recovery but she came out fine and healthy and we were home within 5 hours of the whole procedure.
Yesterday my daughter had to get a blood draw. The main person who helped us was a man named John. I am very thankful to him for how he talked mostly to her about what was going to happen and let her be a part of it. My daughter is only 2 years old and has always cried around needles. I truly believe because of how John handled the situation he helped her to be brave. She didn't cry once and was very fascinated by the whole experience. The staff and doctors were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my 7 year old was comfortable and to calm her fears. An emergency room visit is always scary and sometimes over whelming. The staff did everything they could to make it easy.
Best hospital experience I think I have ever dealt with.
Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. After my babies surgery he had his own personal nurse in the recovery room, she treated him as her own baby... Hugging and snuggling him! It melted my heart!
