My daughter was treated and monitored in ER very quickly after bringing her in at 7:30pm. A team of Doctors and Nurses met with us then she was off to surgery at 1:30am. The surgeon was very thorough preop and post op. Her care was great, loved all her nurses.
We have a 5 year old (who's been to Liberty a few times in her life) and a now 2.5 month-old. We took the youngest in for vomiting and fever. Everyone was so gentle and caring with him. We were in and out in under 3 hours (thank goodness it was nothing major). It was a revolving door of people which makes it much less difficult to sit in a room with a sick infant when everyone is constantly caring for him. We love the Liberty campus!
I loved the way the staff explained everything that was going on with son in detail. The way they treated my son like he were their only patient and how comfortable they made him feel was amazing!! I would trust my children with them 100%!!
My daughter had surgery with Dr. Falcone Everyone from registeration-pharmacy-nursing-Anesthesia-Residents just everyone we came into contact with we're super friendly and over nice! I love this location and never have had any issue. I make the 20 so minutes drive anytime. Well worth it. Thank you to all that take care of my daughter on this day.
Spent 2 days inpatient with my son after our ER visit. The doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists and staff were great. So thankful to have Cincinnati Children's close by!
I brought my daughter in yesterday because something had been in her eye. The team was great and the doctor that helped us kept my daughter calm through the procedure. We were in and out within an hour.
We always have a great experience here. They see us quickly, are super patient with us crazy, over worrying parents, and always provide a fantastic level of care!
Great customer service and my child was well taken care of!
