The nurse's we had yesterday were so rude.... Very disappointed
By far one of the best hospitals I have ever visited. The staff were incredible and extremely attentive. The Dr was very informative and compassionate. Most of all it did not smell like a hospital and it was very clean!
The staff at CHMC are always beyond caring for my child with the utmost respect and experience.

long wait! there for 5 hours so we left! came back the next day and finally got in. only reason i gave a four was for the nice staff

The pediatrician sent us to the Liberty campus immediately after calling them and yelling at them for not admitting him when he was here two days prior. We sat in the ER for over six hours waiting to see the doctor. After that they messed around for another two hours and decided we needed to drive him downtown. They said if he was admitted to the Liberty Campus they couldn't do any of the test needed until Monday but if we went downtown they do the test this weekend. Outstanding work from all staff.
The child Life specialist are awesome! My daughter suffers with sensory processing disorder and intermittent explosive disorder and she was freaking out over having to get an MRI and an EEG. The child Life specialist met us at the car and took her inside so I could park and then another one assisted with the MRI process. I could not have done it without them. The only thing missing was having a specialist during the EEG. At that point we were on our own.
